AI Email Reminder is a Chrome extension designed to help users remember and follow through on commitments made in Gmail emails.
Information We Collect
AI Email Reminder processes limited portions of emails that the user sends in Gmail in order to detect commitments and extract reminder-related information such as due dates.
The extension may also store reminder metadata (e.g., reminder text, due date, completion status, and user preferences) using Chrome’s local storage.
How We Use Information
Collected information is used only to:
Detect commitments in sent emails
Create, schedule, and display reminders
Allow users to manage and mark reminders as complete
Data is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.
Data Sharing
AI Email Reminder does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
Email content is not shared except when minimally necessary to process reminder extraction through the extension’s AI service endpoint.
Data Retention & Control
All reminder data is stored locally within the user’s browser. Users can remove all stored data at any time by disabling or uninstalling the extension or clearing Chrome extension storage.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data and limit access to only what is necessary for the extension’s functionality.
